A family sends a request
Families apply for help with fees on CareQuay. We pass the request to the office that covers their city.
Step 2
You reply in the portal
Set the status, the approved monthly amount and a short note. One place for every request you've received.
Step 3
The family hears straight away
Your reply is emailed to them and appears in their account the moment you send it, with the date and amount.
Step 4
Your rules stay public
Publish your income cut-off, the most help per month, what to send in and whether you're approving right now.
Who can sign in
Access is granted by our team to named staff at a municipal or district child care office. Create an account, then ask us to attach your area — you’ll only ever see requests from families in the places you look after.
